Can I electronically transfer my monthly dues?

When is the trash and recycling picked up?
Your trash and recycling will be picked up each week on Wednesdays. Typically two separate trucks will come and their pickup times will vary. Pickup may come as early as a little after 6am so if you have containers with lids that close you may place them outside the night before.
Please ensure that your trash and recycling is secured to prevent wildlife intrusion and the wind from belowing it around the neighborhood.

When will my grass be mowed?
The landscaper comes on Tuesdays each week to mow the lawns. Please ensure that you pickup anything left on the common property prior to them starting work.
