Obligations

I will provide a check in the amount of $75 made out to the Property Manager (Hometown Property Management) for the preparation of the resale certificate

I will provide a check in the amount of $100 made out to FRHA to be held and returned after all financial obligations are met

I will not post a “For Sale” sign on any association common areas

I will get the new owner to sign an Assumption of Liability form

I will revert all homeowner alterations to the unit not assumed by the new owner with direction from the Board
