Lessor Obligations: Please review and accept the following mandatory requirements for renting your unit. Failure to agree will forfeit your eligibility to rent.

Obligations

I have reviewed the FRHA Bylaws and Rules concerning Renting and will abide by all requirements

I will make all leases 12 months long

I will ensure the tenants have no pets

I will provide a Rental Lease, Renter's Statement, and Certificate of Insurance to the Board

I am aware that there is a waiting list and those waiting on the waiting list will be given priority

This is a temporary rental and I have intentions to return to live in my home

I will submit a request 90 days prior to the lease expiring to enter into a new or extend the existing leave.
